An operator grant comes first; the named person then creates and verifies their own account.
First account activation
The operator records an active grant, its duration and purpose in the access console. The activation address is then shared through the agreed contact channel.
The current account-creation page asks the invited person to enter their own name and password and confirm the applicable terms. Service terms and prototype boundary → The server checks the approved email before account creation.
The person verifies their own inbox. Subsequent sign-in can use an emailed Magic Link or the existing password. Operational access remains conditional on the current grant.
The present Magic Link configuration disables new account creation. Using a first invitation to create an account without a password would be a separate implementation and acceptance change, while preserving the operator’s permission gate.
Create your own account only after the operator has approved your email address.
