Information about the platform, its values, the Advisory Board and partner model is public. Operational access is granted to a named email address by the operator before account activation or module use.
Access to operational modules
Request, approval, activation, then sign-in.
Operator approves the named email and access duration
First use: create the invited account and confirm the email address
Later sign-in: request a one-time Magic Link or use the existing password
Module pages and APIs check that the grant is still active
For invited participants
A Magic Link signs you in to your existing, activated account. It does not create an account or approve access. Your grant must be active when the link is requested and when the session is created.
A sign-in link is valid for five minutes and can be used once. Your approved module access has its own duration and can be revoked.
Log in is visible in the public header and mobile menu. It is not hidden until approval; the server enforces access after the visitor identifies themselves.
Operator control
The operator records the named email address, duration and reason in the access console. Granting access does not currently send an invitation automatically; the activation address must be shared through the agreed contact channel.
Protected use checks your current identity and access grant. Expiry blocks subsequent access; revocation also ends stored sessions. Work already being generated may finish after access is revoked.
An enquiry does not create an account or grant access. Activate your account only after the operator has approved your email address.
Institutional participation
An organisation participates through its institutional profile and named authorised representatives. Each person still needs an individual approved account; a company listing grants neither employee access nor a shared login. Team and matter permissions require their own scope.
