AequorFidelis · full explanation
Human competence. Institutional capability. Shared responsibility.
AequorFidelis is designed to bring respected strategic guidance, case-specific professional judgement and practical partner capabilities into the same trusted environment. The planned Advisory Board would provide strategic direction; the intended Human Oversight network would contribute defined expertise; institutional partners could help turn an option into an implementable agreement.
Global Advisory Board
An Advisory Board for the quality of cooperation.
The planned Global Advisory Board brings experience in international relations, business diplomacy, conflict resolution, responsible AI and institutional trust. Its purpose is to challenge the platform’s direction, strengthen its standards and help guide a credible contribution to international cooperation.
Intended fields of expertise · not a list of appointed members
Building the human competence behind the platform.
Board formation in progress. Confirmed members and their agreed roles will be published here after their consent; no individual appointment or endorsement is currently claimed.
Board members may also contribute case-specific expertise within their competence, availability and an agreed engagement. Board membership alone grants neither access to private cases nor authority to act for a participant. Membership alone does not establish the professional qualification required for a particular review.
Human competence and accountability
Human Oversight brings the right judgement to the question.
A participant or a defined review trigger can call for a professional perspective. The engagement identifies the question, the required competence, permitted evidence, independence requirements and who retains decision authority. International-policy advice, mediation, technical review and financial assessment call for different expertise.

Receive the assessment and record the responsible decision
Board guidance, professional review and commercial partnership are distinct roles. Capability matching is designed to rank by fit to the permitted need, never by payment or influence. Relevant fees and conflicts must be disclosed; financial participation confers neither ranking priority nor neutral decision authority. A reviewer receives only the material authorised for the agreed engagement.
Distinct responsibilities
Guidance, participation and sector expertise.
Global Advisory Board
Strategic guidance on cooperation, institutional trust, responsible intelligence and the platform’s direction.
Platform Council
Participating institutions and platform members help shape practical workflows, professional standards and accountable adoption. Planned council: membership and public roles require actual participation and consent.
Sector Councils
Industry-specific expertise informs relevant questions, professional handoffs and implementation in finance, insurance, infrastructure and other sectors. Working groups will be constituted only with confirmed participants, an agreed remit and publication consent.
Institutional and professional partners
Bring capabilities into the agreement, with their conditions.
Banks, specialist financiers, insurers and professional negotiation practices can contribute capabilities that a deal needs: funding, payment structures, risk cover, mediation, specialist review or implementation support. An institutional profile makes the provider, scope, responsible people and terms understandable before an introduction is authorised.
Banks & specialist financiers
Relevant transaction finance, working capital and structured funding, subject to written terms, eligibility and provider verification.
Insurers & risk specialists
Suitable coverage and risk allocation, with scope, exclusions, jurisdiction and underwriting requirements made explicit.
Negotiators, mediators & advisers
Professional preparation, representation, facilitated dialogue and specialist review under a named role and agreed mandate.
Institutions & knowledge partners
Chambers, resolution centres, sector organisations and qualified knowledge partners support accountable handoffs and capability development.
Partner Capability Registry is the planned first-stage matching layer: connect an eligible need with a relevant capability and disclosed conditions. A provider profile is not a firm offer, verified licence or appointment. Permission to introduce a need is separate from permission to release case evidence.
