Use and service boundaries

Updated 15 October 2026. The public website describes the current preparation pilot and a wider architecture in development. Access is individually approved and subject to the scope agreed with the operator identified in our legal notice.

Individual access

A grant applies to the approved person and duration. Activate your own account, protect credentials and submit only information you are authorised to use. A company listing grants neither employee access nor a shared login. Expiry or revocation prevents subsequent protected use; it is not a deletion request.

Preparation and simulation

PrepSheets and AI counterpart practice assist analysis and rehearsal. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong and require review against the evidence, mandate and real circumstances. You retain responsibility for real communications, professional advice, decisions and commitments.

Formal and professional procedures

Decision support does not replace legal or other regulated professional advice, court protection or mandatory procedures. Preserve limitation periods and other deadlines. Mediation, arbitration, representation, financing, insurance and professional review require appropriately qualified people, an agreed mandate and applicable terms. Board affiliation alone supplies no professional qualification or authority over a matter.

Capabilities in development

Connected ResolutionFlow pathways, adaptive orchestration, institutional cards, partner matching, professional Human Oversight and the extended Deal Room remain development concepts unless expressly identified as available. Sample dashboards and profiles are fictional, not partner offers, appointments or measured outcomes. A one-week example is a conditional process-design target, not a guaranteed settlement or repair time.

Commercial engagements and data

Browsing or exploring a concept does not make a purchase, subscription, appointment or binding deal. Prices, support and any commercial engagement must be agreed separately. Our privacy notice explains processing. Any additional confidentiality, location or deletion commitments must be established before case submission.
